Hallo Christian,

zumindest bei Oruxmaps habe ich es unter Android 6.0 geschafft, indem ich die richtigen Pfade auf der SD-Karte angelegt habe. Anschließend konnte ich den Speicherort in den Einstellungen wechseln.
